Every order at Andi The Maker Keepsakes is created using clothing and fabrics you provide. Each quilt, bear, camel, cushion, sweatshirt and keepsake is designed, cut, stitched and finished by hand around your specific memories and preferences.
Because of this, every item is one-of-a-kind and cannot be resold or reused.
All sales are final
We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once an order has been confirmed and work has begun. We also do not offer refunds on deposits or final payments.
Before stitching begins, you will be sent a layout preview to approve. Once you approve the layout, the final design is locked in and no further changes can be made.
If something arrives damaged
We photograph and inspect every piece before it is carefully packaged. If your keepsake arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and the item so we can look into it with you.
