Receive shipping instructions

After your order is placed, we'll reach out via WhatsApp to coordinate the shipment of your clothes.

Send your clothes

Carefully package your clothes and send them to us. Our trusted courier will collect and deliver the next working day.

Receive your sweatshirt

Your custom keepsake will be ready in 2–4 weeks from when we receive your clothes.

No refund policy

All of our products are custom-made and personalized to your specific requests. As such, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed.
